If you want to move accounts that agency already has, read your agreement with it first for any notice or recall terms. Clients typically recover 20 to 30 percent more with C2C than with their previous agency. Request a review and we will look at the accounts with you.
Ask the agency for a written status on every account: when the debtor was last contacted, what they said, and what happens next. An agency that is working your accounts can answer that quickly.
